Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand periods.

CJdropshipping Products

Depending on your location shipping method, average delivery times are:

  • USA: 7–15Β  ro 25 business days

  • UK & EU: 7–20 business days

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–25 business days

Printify Products (Custom Printed Items)

These are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify’s global print partners.
Average delivery times:

  • USA: 3–8 business days after production

  • International: 8–20 business days

Production time: 2–7 business days (depending on the product)


Multiple Packages

If your order contains items from both CJdropshipping and Printify, you may receive multiple packages.
This is completely normal and ensures faster delivery.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, product weight, and fulfillment partner.
Some products may qualify for free shipping β€” this will be shown at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Delays & Customs
